We have two, All-Star, ASE Certified Service Advisors to help you with your transmission repair needs; Mitch and Nicole Wilson.  Both are experts in the field of transmission repair customer service and are ready to answer any question you may have about your transmission problems. Together they have won multiple awards for their customer service, specifically in the transmission repair industry.

Nicole Wilson is now in her 17th year in the automotive industry. Along with her ASE Service Advisor Certification, she has also earned the AAA Service Adviser Certification, as well as multiple automotive factory Service Adviser Certifications from Nissan, Mazda and Ford’s Blue Oval. Along with her role as office manager and service advisor, Nicole recently reached a millstone in her career as she was promoted to General Manager as well. Her vision and leadership abilities have helped shape Allstate Transmission into a true customer service oriented business.

Mitch Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the transmission industry. Along with his ASE Service Advisor certification, Mazda has certified him as a Master Service Advisor. He has also been ATSG (Automatic Transmission Service Group) and ATRA (Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association) certified. As a transmission repair service advisor, Mitch’s technical background in transmission repair definitely shines through.

A critical aspect of their job is to act as a liaison between our customers and our technicians. They assist our customers by creating a detailed description of their vehicle’s problems. This eliminates any confusion, allowing our technicians to diagnose, even the hard to find, intermittent problem. After the diagnostics, they help our customers understand every aspect of their vehicle’s needed repair. Our staff utilizes the Mitchell 1 Shop Manager Estimating System which gives us the ability to provide our customers with an accurate written estimate before the repair is made.

They are kept current with advances in the automotive and transmission repair industry utilizing various training sources including, ATRA (Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association) training, ATSG (Automotive Transmission Service Group) training, Phoenix Technical College courses, specialized factory training, technical hotlines and the latest auto and transmission repair shop manuals.
